*All ongoing coaching options are monthly auto-debit with no contract. 30 days notice required for membership cancellation.
*Small groups are 4 people max, meet twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at set times.
Single Session Coaching Options
*Single sessions are good for 6 months after purchase. No refunds for sessions missed without 24 hours advance notice.
*Individual sessions are $99, 5 session packages have a discounted price of $470.
